Irish Genealogy Solutions reserves the right to alter prices at any time. In the event that a product is incorrectly priced on the website, the normal price will be applicable instead. Irish genealogy Solutions reserves the right to refuse or supply any incorrectly priced product whether or not the order has been confirmed & credit / debit card charged. If payment has been made we will then credit back the incorrect price.
Orders & Payments
Irish Genealogy Solutions uses PAY PAL & STRIPE . PAYPAL is a well known secure on line payment method and you do not have to create an account. You just use your credit / debit card. We are now taking payments though STRIPE where you can pay with most Credit / Debit Cards . Once payment has been received Irish genealogy Solutions will send an email confirming your order. Items which are instock will usually be dispatched within 3 days unless advised otherwise. Out of stock items will be delivered within 10 / 14 days, unless other wise advised.
Size Guides & Colour
We have made every effort to ensure product descriptions & sizes are as close to / accurate as possible. The shades of colours of all Binders & photo Albums may vary from those shown and can display differently in browsers.
Postage
The main postage rate for IRELAND only is € 7.50 for all items. UK & EUROPE is €12.50 and THE REST OF THE WORLD is € 25.00.
Orders will be sent by standard An Post and most items in Ireland are sent with tracking unless this is a small item. Irish genealogy Solutions makes every effort to dispatch goods on time but cannot be held responsible for any failure to be delivered within the stated time. We deliver to Ireland & World wide.
Duties & local Taxes
Irish Genealogy Solutions does not currently charge Irish Sales tax – VAT.
The customer is responsible any duties / and or taxes at the point of entry into the destination country.
Returns
We offer a full refund to goods returned in the original condition within 30 days. We do not offer refund on postal charges paid by you to return the goods . You may cancel your order prior to receiving your items and up to 14 days after delivery ( cooling off period ) A full refund will be paid to you inc. the shipping charge paid , but not the postage paid by you to return the items within the 14 day day cooling off period) A downloadable product is however non refundable.
However we want you to be delighted with our goods so if you are not happy for any reason please contact us & we will do our best to rectify this or offer full exchange or money back within the 30 days.
In the unlikely event that your goods are received damaged, please contact us immediately. Please return the item & we will send on a replacement item & reimburse you the cost of the return postage.

Once we receive confirmation of your order , your goods will be disptached in 1-3 days.
The main postal rates for IRELAND are € 7.50 , € 12.50 for UK & EUROPE and € 20.00 for REST OF THE WORLD.
Orders are sent via AN POST or Courier. Most are sent tracked within IRELAND ONLY , however small weights / items may not be.
You will receive a confirmation email once your goods have been dispatched.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Irish Genealogy Solutions, Misty Peaks, Carrignagower East, Lismore, Co Waterford, P51 C9H9. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Unless you use a tracking / registered service , we don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
